Showing Property in Wolf Creek Condos Jacksonville
Wolf Creek Condos Jacksonville Florida
Today I will be going out to show property in Wolf Creek Condos. For those of you not familiar with Wolf Creek let me give you a basic run down of the community!
Wolf Creek Condos was built by Pulte home builders around 2006. The community is built with concrete block construction and is located on Beach Blvd between Kernan and Hodges. There are 9 buildings in the community each building has 4 floor and elevators. What a great way to move your furniture to the 4th floors without having to take it up the stairs! There are four separate floor plans to chose from!
Wolf Creek Condos has a security entrance gate in which you have to enter a four digit pin to gain access or have someone buzz you in that lives in the neighborhood.
The amenities include an in-ground swimming pool, fitness center, cabana area and clubhouse area you could rent out for a price to have parties.
There is also remote gate access, security cameras, a car wash and benches throughout the community!
The community is a deed restricted community which means that the units are restricted by the associations by-laws.

Pulte also built this same type of home in other areas around Jacksonville. If you do not like the location of this particular community you could get the same floor plan across town!
The Wolf Creek Condos have been well maintained and is currently still eligible for FHA, VA and Conventional Financing.
I know this home is the perfect fit for my customer as she is looking to not have to maintain the exterior of her home because she works almost as much as I do!:-)
Keep in mind I love my job and would not trade it for anything in the world!
